Cold Resistant Conveyor Belt Helps Northeast Mines Operate Efficiently in Winter
2025-05-19

As the ecological restoration project of mines in Northeast China advances, higher requirements are put forward for conveying equipment in extreme environments. The cold-resistant conveyor belt supporting the extreme cold version of mobile crushing and screening equipment introduced by Shanhe Pushele has performed well in a granite crushing project in Jilin. The conveyor belt adopts imported low-temperature electric components and self-developed ultra-low-temperature heating system, which can be quickly started up and stably operated at -30℃, with an average daily processing capacity of 160-200 tons. The drum motor uses ultra-low viscosity lubricant to effectively avoid the risk of freezing, while the cover is fully wrapped with detachable thermal insulation cotton, taking into account the needs of low temperature protection and ventilation. This solution not only ensures the construction progress in winter, but also reduces carbon emissions by about 14,278 tons per year by reducing the use of fuel-powered transportation vehicles, making it a model for green mine construction.
