● With a specially constructed textile of complex fiber, the impact Resistant Solid Woven Conveyor Belts enhance strength of tensile and makes small elongation in belt use.
● Replaced multilayer structure with a single structure, the belt strength can reach over 800N/mm and the aggregate thickness of the belts can reduce over 7%, and the belts own good flexibility and smaller roller diameter of drive and redirection.
● Comparing with EP/NN belts, the special structure of DAS can absorb more impact force, and thus will enhance the working life.
